From a reserved mark to a Certificate of Registration, without the courier

File the registration. The application arrives with its document requirements checked, then routes through Finance, the technical officer and the Director General.
The certificate issues itself. On approval, the Certificate of Registration is generated from the approved application and delivered to the applicant. The register is current the moment it is signed.
